      Higher Salary and Incentives, nice environment for career growth and take good care of their agents and employees.

      Cons

      I can see any cons, but I believe that any new learning and new account is really difficult at first but continuous push it will be easier in the future.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for the company and appreciate the growth opportunities it offers. As long as you do your job well and stay consistent, there are good opportunities to advance fairly quickly. For my experience my trainer was great when I started.

      Cons

      It seems obvious that the camera is being used for monitoring and micromanaging. The system is already monitored during production, so I do not believe the camera is necessary. I also do not fully agree with the explanation that it is only for the client or because of sensitive information. In my opinion, it feels more like Sagility is using it to closely watch agents and make sure they are doing their jobs, even though QA already provides visibility into their work through screen monitoring.
