      You are paid on time and receive additional pay for attending 30 days

      Cons

      You want receive the job you apply to on the website that will show like $16 an hour but when you go in for an interview everyone will start at the base pay could be 11 it could be 12 it can be $13. Another calm is you don't receive my yearly raises I ended my job requested my raise two to three months before I decide to quit never received my raise but it was just 3% of what I was making so it really was anything anyway . Also if the line of business ends they will not re-house you or place you in another line of business right away as they claim they would .

      Pros

      Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

      Cons

      1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
