      Work from home. Company provides equipment

      Cons

      Low pay, treats you like a child with micromanagement, The client allows disrespect from other clients. Team leads does not help you. They do not like taking sup calls. Training is horrible. Tells you one thing but does another. Lacks proper communication.

      Pros

      Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

      Cons

      1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
