Pros
Decent pay for home office staff, okay benefits. Residents first policy is mostly true.
Cons
Being realistic, this company has a great motto and on the surface most of the management staff seem nice. But once you start digging a little and observing their trends, this company employs a value that is an issue in todays job market where management always gets the best out of every situation and lying is a daily occurrence. In addition, people who have been here at the home office for a long time have major seniority and act like spoiled children. Terrible organizational practices and the construction division is always butting heads with the operations division. Jobs aren't done on time and the employees suffer by stumbling through the mess of a bunch of people working in the building at once to get things done last minute. If you ever encounter a company that allows these situations to happen, it is a good idea to run. Especially when what you are told when you are hired on sounds very promising. It will end up being a lie, and you will be caught in a disorganized mess. Find a better company with realistic expectations and upfront honesty. You are better off being somewhere that will keep you in the loop so you grow together as a company.
