Salaries and benefits are good for professional staff. They are what you would expect in this industry.
Cons
This company is known for high turnover. I did not do my homework and found out the hard way. It has a terrible image and they live up to it! They used to be Legends Senior Living and changed their name a couple of years ago. Changing the name for re-branding didn't do anything to change the "heart" of the leadership. The corporate staff seems to be on another plane than the staff at the communities. They are reactionary with their decisions, but not involved enough to really know the issues or to help with common sense, practical strategies to help resolve real issues. They are arrogant, ruthless, and I find it hard to believe that they can sleep at night.
