Other than the residents themselves , there were Zero pros working here

Cons

As a Director, I was told a lot of wonderful things to get me started there. Once I started it was a nightmare. Management has no qualms about lying to residents and employees as long as it means more $$$ in management's pockets. Had a budget of $5 a day per resident to feed them as well as supply food for all special events. It was just the worst experience I ever had with a company..

Sagora senior living understands work life balance I’m a mother of 6 children and I’m able to do my job without stress or worry about taking time off . There is also room to grow within the company , I started out as office manager and now I’m the executive director , this company believes in their team members and supports their goals my regional vice president has been a great mentor and I’m thankful that I’m a part of the Sagora family !
