Good benefits, good pay, no real headaches, or phone calls from dispatchers every 15 minutes.

Cons

Driver facing cameras, lytx videos, and flooded yard when it rains alot.

Pros

You don’t have anybody looking over your shoulder. You are home every day. The pay is pretty darn good. Good work/life balance

Cons

Inward facing camera. Used as a disciplinary tool and not a coaching tool. Point system.
