      Lots of hours. OT after 45

      Cons

      No work/life balance Management will call/text you not to come in at your start time due to linehaul getting back late Once you complete your route, don’t expect to go home, they have way too many swaps to do at end of day

      Pros

      You don’t have anybody looking over your shoulder. You are home every day. The pay is pretty darn good. Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Inward facing camera. Used as a disciplinary tool and not a coaching tool. Point system.
