Cons
Nit-picking management. Cameras everywhere including in the truck to watch the drivers, micro-management, expanding too fast to focus on main goal: moving freight and keeping customers happy. No phones or C.B. allowed to be used in the trucks, zero tolerance policy for ANY communication device, first time suspended and second time termination, forced overtime for everyone. Despicable unsanitary bathrooms. Paper towels have been cut due to budget restraints. They installed blowers that are useless. Morale is terrible since the company decided to put cameras in the trucks to watch drivers. Everybody I know is looking for another job.
