Pros
They care about employees. The pay is good for not requiring a degree and for starting at part-time. Benefits for full-time employees are good. If you work nights as a biller the dress is very casual and you can jam out on headphones while clicking at the keyboard.
Cons
There is a steep learning curve at first, then the job gets monotonous. No benefits for part-time. If you want full time work it usually takes awhile to get approved due to the steep learning curve and required performance of full time employees. Hours can be hard on some depending on the job you are hired for.
