It was very good money . home everyday . new equipment.. For the most part great co-workers overall enjoyed the work.
Cons
Your nothing but a number . It doesnt matter how good of a job you do. If you make any mistakes .. and I mean Saias definition of a mistake your gone. Management tries to fill your folder with meaningless nit picking write ups just to have the paper to fire you when they see fit..It isnt right. I never missed a day was never late clean mvr not even a point against me . But I sit here with no job . Saia should make sure someone deserves to lose his job his families healthcare and to have a black mark placed on a resume that keeps someone from being hired elsewhere.. before they act.. lastly saia will sends you somewhere different everyday. so you never learn an area or bond with customers driving by gps into unknown areas promotes bad results. .
