I will start with equipment the worst old trucks. I hope you don't have a family cause they will work you up to 15hr. Dispatchers will have their favorite drivers and will hold keys for those drivers. we have gone through 3 terminal managers in one year. The open door policy is a joke dispatch will not let us talk to our managers. Best quote " take the truck if not go home" by dispatcher i will not tell anyone to work here unless you like stress in your life and i mean alot, big turn over on drivers.
