Pros
Pay scale is compensatory Has some good marketing plans but some support staff from within are not up to date corporate sales traning is excellent
Cons
Very little respect for employees nor their personal lives Reviews and requirements are mixed and confusing in terms of needs, priorities and performance. This is caused somewhat by field management inconsistancies and each having their own agenda. Poor service with little support from within Management by Intimidation rather than support Too many reports - taking time off the street Burn and turn attitude
