They claim to be 100 Million firm but i think it is around 60 Million ... so they have money to be able to pay salary's on time They can sponsor few events in the staffing industry
Cons
They hire you to get direct clients and the movement you got them, They need business and when you get business ... You are fired .. because they feel that they will be able to continue the cycle without a sales man .. Useless acquisitions : Fluffy acquisitions or mergers neither the new company or the parent company posses any value . They think that HR with zero process knowledge can do everything for them No good recruiters and sales promises almost anything I bet ... call anyone from saicon and you will fluff all around Very Very bad at client behaviour ...
