      positive and great people remote working and flexible schedule career growth opportunity is great

      Cons

      The parental leave policy could be better support new parents during that important time. The Fooda credit is a nice perk, but since it requires being onsite to use, it may not fully benefit those who primarily work remotely. Expanding accessibility for remote employees would make it even more appreciated.

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
