Pros

No micromanaging Solid teammates willing to step in and assist when available. Good compensation

Cons

Services team is perpetually understaffed, every time we hire someone new a more senior member leaves. Limited horizontal or vertical movement. It's near impossible for someone to transition to a non-revenue generating position. This is causing talented members to leave. "Victims of our own success" - Too many incoming projects/Cases to sufficiently staff given constrained and over worked resources. Efforts to address work-life balance at odds with large emphasis on utilization. No longer has that start-up company culture.

Pros

SailPoint has a highly supportive culture where you are trusted with true autonomy and flexibility of remote or hybrid work. Working alongside top-tier technical minds is incredibly rewarding. It is easily the most positive environments I have ever experienced.

Cons

No major concerns. With such a rapidly changing industry and fast-paced environment, things move very quickly here

Pros

Working at SailPoint has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I’ve always been surrounded by talented, supportive colleagues who genuinely care about each other’s success. The work culture encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, making it a place where you’re empowered to grow both professionally and personally. If you’re looking for a company that combines cutting-edge technology with a people-first culture, SailPoint is an outstanding place to build your career. I’m grateful to be part of such an amazing team and culture.

Cons

No workplace is perfect, and some of the challenges that one may experience with working at SailPoint can vary from working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, requiring employees to adapt and juggle multiple initiatives, to workload fluctuations and cross-functional teams alignment during major product releases, quarter-end, or customer escalations, where teams may experience heavier workloads and longer hours.
