Pros

CEO/Founder is stellar Great solution for the market it’s in

Cons

Account sets are so chopped up that it’s impossible to make money. Decisions made in a vacuum at the top with no input from below senior leaders. So many deal review calls, forecast calls, calls to talk about deals every time you move a sales stage.. just call after call. Seems very much like micromanagement. Seems to be someone is trying to make this place into another Oracle and it’s not built yo be and the identity is not of Oracle. Moral and culture really fading.

Pros

Collaborative environment, fair compensation and possibility of increase through shares awards, leadership that really tries to involve you with what you like doing - in my time here I never felt like a number, they genuinely care. Affinity groups give you the opportunity to meet people from many areas of the company. Pool of very qualified resources make staffing and overseeing projects easier. Product keeps advancing, so it never gets boring, there is always something new to learn. Good work life balance - heavier workload when projects going live or end of quarters, but lower in between.

Cons

Mostly remote teams - easy to stay isolated, very rare opportunities to bring the team to in person gatherings.
