Account sets are so chopped up that it’s impossible to make money. Decisions made in a vacuum at the top with no input from below senior leaders.
So many deal review calls, forecast calls, calls to talk about deals every time you move a sales stage.. just call after call. Seems very much like micromanagement. Seems to be someone is trying to make this place into another Oracle and it’s not built yo be and the identity is not of Oracle. Moral and culture really fading.
