SailPoint - yes 3) are they innovating and constantly trying to improve? SailPoint - yes 4) does the company have good leadership who understands how to grow and scale a company? have those leaders demonstrated success in the past? SailPoint - yes 5) is the company still at a stage where I can make an impact? SailPoint - yes 6) is the company culture focused? SailPoint - yes 7) are the leaders good people. Do they treat people the right way? SailPoint - yes 8) are decisions made with scale in mind? (this is indication they are building for the long-term and have big plans). SailPoint - yes 9) do they hire smart, effective, and good humans (you want to work with people who get things but also treat people the right way during stressful times)? SailPoint - yes 10) am I proud and lucky to work here? YES!
