Pros
I am working 25 years ( all my work life) in this 350 year young company. Though I worked in the same company, I had been fortunate to have multiple jobs across continents - from Production management, WCM, to currently R&D Management to mention a few. This company allows people provides a culture to nurture growth and provides opportunities and training commensurate to individual potential and individual growth wishes.
Cons
I can not think of much cons - in my 25 years of working with the company, there has not been many instances where I have felt let down. In the rare cases when it happened, the senior management intervened timely to correct the situation. The company's published code of conduct and action, based on respect and fairness to individuals, are abided by at all levels very seriously
