Pros
It's all about the future at Saint-Gobain. They strive to be cutting edge technology. They are very supportive of employees growing and provide tons of resources for you to further your skills. There is a very family atmosphere to this company even though it is so large and they make you feel really proud of the products they make and representing tem.
Cons
Very European even in the States in culture. Behind in "Cloud Technology" slows your work down when every one else is using it and you have to use old methods because you are not allowed to use the cloud. They out source tech support to Costa Rica even if you are in the US. It's not a good system. Pay is low for my industry.
