Wow, everything is just so out of date and disjointed, investment decisions are short sighted and the effects are felt by the employees. This results in more work for no extra pay, the uncertainty caused by a lack of unified infrastructure reduces trust with our clients, partners, and shareholders. Also they do not do a good job developing employees. They will teach you how to do your job and do it very well, but if you want more out of your career, you have to do it on your own time.
