Pros
Lots of product specific expertise and resources (as with most big corps) so great for people starting their career, good and decent people, good products, good benefits
Cons
Plant management was a mess. GM was great but had responsibilities for multiple plants so generally unreachable. Both plant manager and quality manager have since left/fired so maybe better now? Promotions seem to be dependent on manager's whims as there is no formal structure. Attempts were made to improve morale through recognition awards but seemed to have little impact.
