Pathetic - QX Operator Saint-Gobain Employee Review

Managment and safty are stressed but not enforced. Managment is lost and pay scale is about $3 a hour under scale. And bennifits are marginal. Turn over is very high do to pay scale and Upper Managment not treating employee's fair and not being honest with employee's HR included. No room to advance even though they like to stress there is. One MUST have a degree to go anyplace in Company and company does not "pay for schooling" as they say they do. Budget issue's are horrible, as is waste, and severe lack of training on and upgrading of equipment. Talking with friends still there nothing has changed over the past few years.
