They make up rules, don't tell anyone about them, then they fire you for it. They also like to pin-point people and do whatever it takes to fire them. Even if the guy next to them is doing the same thing and nothing happens to them. They split everyone into different departments. Which also have different rules. Other Supervisors do what they want and all follow a different set of rules. Hr also likes to gossip.
