1. Frequent hire-and-fire culture on the FA project. 2. Non-technical managers often create unnecessary challenges. 3. Excessive micromanagement at every level. 4. Can be a decent option for earning quick money if you are between jobs and looking for short-term work. 5. Policies are not very employee-friendly. 6. Extremely cost-conscious company. 7. Quality of subordinates/team members is below expectations in many cases. 8. Some managers struggle with basic communication and lack technical understanding. Many senior employees become managers despite limited technical knowledge, and they tend to react only when clients escalate issues rather than proactively addressing technical debt. 9. Join at your own risk. I had seen similar reviews earlier as well, but still joined for short-term financial reasons. 10. They negoitate heavily while giving offer . Often 2-4 times they negotiate and tend to make lower offer which looses trust . Dont trust their words.
