I got around 7+ years of exp in the software industry , I have never ever come across such bad management team.. few of them r worst U wont find managers or leaders .. they r replaced with chameleons.. trust me this company will never grow unless they take some serious decision to replace some of the top management guys or they will surely bring down this firm...
