Pros

Decent people at the individual contributor level. Some teammates genuinely try to do the right thing despite poor leadership.

Cons

Communication is virtually nonexistent. Expectations change without notice, feedback is unclear or completely absent, and decisions that impact people’s jobs are often made with no transparency or explanation. Favoritism is a major issue. Advancement, protection, and opportunities appear to be driven more by personal relationships than performance or results. High performers are often overlooked while others are rewarded simply for being in the right circle. Leadership is reactive rather than strategic, and accountability is uneven at best. This creates a culture where people feel unsure, undervalued, and expendable.

Pros

- Great place for an entry level person starting out. - Free Lunch - Known for their high quality compensation data set - BCBS Healthcare is great - Most individual contributors are really nice -Management knows their internal processes well.

Cons

-Upper Management is haphazard with poor communication. -VC's are squeezing every ounce of profit at the expense of employees. -Pay is docked for not hitting in office participation quota. -RIF's are used to remove older workers and alleviate their salary compression issue. -Goals and priorities are constantly changing. -Tasks are constantly added then focus shifts to something new. Not well thought out. - The constant changes make it feel like a test environment for a business case. Changes are not well thought out and poorly implemented. And then scrapped when they fail. - There is little regard for the individual contributor. - Advancement opportunities are dependent on political circle not performance. -Base pay is low. Takes 4 years to make competitive industry compensation.
