Pros

Friendly, welcoming and helpful co-workers. It is a competitive sales environment but my co-workers could not be any nicer or willing to offer help and advice - often unsolicited. Upper management is responsible for creating this excellent environment as they are also friendly and accessible. They treat everyone with respect, they solicit and welcome feedback even when negative (and they will take action to resolve the issue if possible)and they provide the atmosphere and tools that allow their workforce to have success. They see to anything and everything to help the workforce (such as lots of snacks available at all times, bagels 2x per week and take out is brought in during severe weather and light duty times such as between Christmas and New Years). IT and HR departments are superb and are available at all times to provide assistance. Office itself is really nice, located just off Rt. 128 with lots of parking and a subsidized (very inexpensive) gym and cafeteria. Literally everything is first class.

Cons

For the first time in my working life I don't have complaints of any kind regarding my employer.

Pros

- Great place for an entry level person starting out. - Free Lunch - Known for their high quality compensation data set - BCBS Healthcare is great - Most individual contributors are really nice -Management knows their internal processes well.

Cons

-Upper Management is haphazard with poor communication. -VC's are squeezing every ounce of profit at the expense of employees. -Pay is docked for not hitting in office participation quota. -RIF's are used to remove older workers and alleviate their salary compression issue. -Goals and priorities are constantly changing. -Tasks are constantly added then focus shifts to something new. Not well thought out. - The constant changes make it feel like a test environment for a business case. Changes are not well thought out and poorly implemented. And then scrapped when they fail. - There is little regard for the individual contributor. - Advancement opportunities are dependent on political circle not performance. -Base pay is low. Takes 4 years to make competitive industry compensation.
