      Pros

      Great place to work! When you work hard you get noticed and praised for your hard work. They like to promote within and have a nice career path for all employees. The company really cares about their employees and has a great company culture even though we are all still working remote. They also have fun holiday events on Zoom and have a good PTO policy!

      Pros

      - Great place for an entry level person starting out. - Free Lunch - Known for their high quality compensation data set - BCBS Healthcare is great - Most individual contributors are really nice -Management knows their internal processes well.

      Cons

      -Upper Management is haphazard with poor communication. -VC's are squeezing every ounce of profit at the expense of employees. -Pay is docked for not hitting in office participation quota. -RIF's are used to remove older workers and alleviate their salary compression issue. -Goals and priorities are constantly changing. -Tasks are constantly added then focus shifts to something new. Not well thought out. - The constant changes make it feel like a test environment for a business case. Changes are not well thought out and poorly implemented. And then scrapped when they fail. - There is little regard for the individual contributor. - Advancement opportunities are dependent on political circle not performance. -Base pay is low. Takes 4 years to make competitive industry compensation.
