-Pay is docked for not hitting in office participation quota.
-RIF's are used to remove older workers and alleviate their salary compression issue.
-Goals and priorities are constantly changing.
-Tasks are constantly added then focus shifts to something new. Not well thought out.
- The constant changes make it feel like a test environment for a business case. Changes are not well thought out and poorly implemented. And then scrapped when they fail.
- There is little regard for the individual contributor.
- Advancement opportunities are dependent on political circle not performance.
-Base pay is low. Takes 4 years to make competitive industry compensation.
