Pros
The hospital system was something 10 years ago i was so happy to get into.. I went from Marine infantry to medic then into health care working at salem health. I had so much enjoyment taking care of others and listening to their issues and helping them through them.
Cons
This hospital has misplaced their money , has been slowly working on that but in the process, Salem health has crate a place where they only care about the money. We all get into health care to help others and to use our compassion and education to help these people. That has systematically been taking away from us and all they care for is money. there are also too many managers and assistant managers. too many chiefs in the tents. The hospital has so much potential but some restructuring on that management level is needed... the staff can run the place with out you. your all useless entities that do nothing but hurt your staff.
