      Great team of people to work with throughout all disciplines! Top notch medical personnel Opportunities for involvement and impacting hospital policy Opportunities for advancement/certifications Management styles are becoming more open to employee contributions

      Cons

      Management can be a bit top-down Very anti-union, historically. The hospital is so focused on Magnet (and maintaining this status) that it can lack focus in the direction of its development

      Thé patient population is amazing and my colleagues are wonderful humans

      Cons

      Leadership could be better. Communication with HR, management, etc is not good. The pay seems low, especially for how hard we work.
