Pros
Good employer over all with benefits, hours, pay rate, vision and mission
Cons
Allows bullying from staff and management without consequences. Does not follow policies word for word, allows it open to possible tweeking the policy to taylor to the outcome they wish to happen. Allows harassment and retaliation in the workplace, but preaches over and over that they take things seriously, but still allows it to happen as well as does not support the employees only the leadership and the hospital itself.
