Pros

Pay and benefits are OK. Clinical staff are generally decent

Cons

IS has the worst culture run by arrogant leaders hired from outside industries. They have no idea what they're talking about and no insight for the industry. Worse, they dictate without consulting or listening to their staff. We used to have employee surveys but when leaders continued to score terribly, they did away with them. The VP has a few friends he's hired and treats them better than other leaders. If you're not a "yes man" and question anything in leadership they force you out or eliminate your job. The apps director is from a bookstore and knows very little. He listens to no one and makes a fool of himself frequently as he arrogantly dictates constant changes. Staff are miserable and afraid to speak up because the leadership team is vindictive and will come after you, despite an HR anti retaliation policy. There's no direction or communication and the turnover rates are very high. They talk a good game, but they're deceptive. The best people leave or get fired, stay away unless it's a quick stepping stone for you.

Pros

Thé patient population is amazing and my colleagues are wonderful humans

Cons

Leadership could be better. Communication with HR, management, etc is not good. The pay seems low, especially for how hard we work.
