Pros
Great pay and benefits. Nice campus.
Cons
The leadership of IS is incompetent and rarely seeks the advice of its lower employees when making decisions. Decisions are made on the basis of what other leaders feel is a good idea. Then, those decisions rarely transpire into a well thought-out plan with a strategy and long-term road map. Many many surveys have been filled out over the years by all IS employees. The results of these surveys are VERY RARELY ever shared. What is shared is "how lean we are" and other silly fake money type gimmicks. If they really wanted to save money, they would find ways to cause employees to stop leaving so much. Nobody feels comfortable speaking up in the current environment where it is so easy to get blacklisted and pushed out.
