      Pros

      All care teams work hard together to provide the best experience for patients. I love the people; RNs, CNAs, floor management, surgeons and specialist I get to work.

      Cons

      Senior management feel disconnected to floor staff. They don't seem to care about stressors placed on floor staff, but rather about patient numbers, how many in and how many out daily.

      Thé patient population is amazing and my colleagues are wonderful humans

      Cons

      Leadership could be better. Communication with HR, management, etc is not good. The pay seems low, especially for how hard we work.
