Pros

Great medical benefits, great colleagues that genuinely care about each other. The patients are wonderful to work with. Lots of opportunity for professional growth.

Cons

Pay could be better, especially in regards to transparency and being open to discussion about pay. There is a culture of being very tight lipped about salary which I do not appreciate. Communication and mutual understanding between leadership and therapists could improve as well.

Pros

Thé patient population is amazing and my colleagues are wonderful humans

Cons

Leadership could be better. Communication with HR, management, etc is not good. The pay seems low, especially for how hard we work.
