Day shift has type A nurses with allot of rudeness and mean girls. They lack teamwork. ANM’s don’t treat their staff good, stay in their office 24/7, and put people in safety dilemmas. They don’t care about their staff in less your being over worked. The only ANM that I ever met who cared was Peter and now he is retired. Day shift needs to fix their working environment because the ANMs have created a hostile working environment.
