Pros
I have direct access to top level management. I get direct feedback on my ideas input and suggestions. All the opportunity the company has is open to me. There is a constant effort to better our skills, training and effectiveness. There is always a challenge to be better, reach for more and on the Christian side of our business maybe even change the world. In many ways this is a special company. The President of the Radio Division (my division) came to visit my market and visit with my sales team. He some days later followed up personal e-mails to the sales team members directly. WOW, where do you find that?
Cons
We're a public company and that has it's own challenges, reporting, capital limits, etc. I don't really have cons. This is a good place to be. We work hard that's for sure but, that's not a bad thing. We have to do what we have to do to deliver the results we have committed to and then a little more. But that is norm today.
