Pros
An incredibly supportive and enjoyable work experience with a product line that is superior, uplifting and important to the community. Managers have been kind and supportive. Decent, but not outrageously positive benefit package. Local managers are willing to help and have a great heart for the people working for and with them. Atmosphere is generally positive locally.
Cons
Poor pay schedule and compensation. Career advancement is difficult as often management is hired from the outside with limited internal advancement. Nor is there any internal program or educational opportunity to garner the skills and experience necessary for advancement. Opportunities are often not listed in advance.
