Pros
The Christian programming is uplifting. Employee benefits are slightly better than that of other industries. There's plenty of parking spaces.
Cons
Spouse and dependent benefits are very expensive. At my location, the language that is used by supervisors is not something I would want my family to hear and something I would not expect from a company that airs Christian programming. The communication and organization is not the best. Hourly wages are less than a checkout clerk at a big box store, but the demand and responsibility is high. There seems to be an implication that you should thank the company for giving you a job as if the employee owes the company. The company is run just like every other secular company, but with Christian programming.
