Pros
A great team of people work here. Collaboration is king while politics and silos are not part of the culture. They leave the door wide open for growth. It's really up to the individual. The company focuses are the employees, the customers, and investors... in that order. They value grit, appreciation, and curiosity.
Cons
It's fast pace. Not really a con, but if you're into doing little and milking the system, this may not the place for you.
