Pros

- First place I've worked where the CEO took the time to get to know me personally. - Everyone works closely. - There are feature teams, but no one gets weird responses when asking for help cross-team. (basically, great place to learn and grow) - I don't feel micromanaged. I feel trusted and believed in to do a good job. - Recognition for good work. That is definitely not a problem here. - Perks and parties (families are invited) - Hires talented people - Great base pay - Company will be around for a long time in my opinion. SalesRabbit definitely has a competitive advantage in the market that they are in.

Cons

- Some employees take advantage of the lack of micromanagement. There is definitely management going on, but not micromanagement. Perhaps these I have in mind are just complacent and prefer coasting to growing and learning.
