Thank you for the review, we certainly allow Employees the freedom to self-manage allowing for a flexible workday. With that style of management comes its challenges. We prefer our team to design a lifestyle that suits them and us very well, and while most deeply value it, at times some past employees have not thrived in the environment. SalesRabbit is not for everyone, and during hiring, we do our best to evaluate fit for the individual and the company. SalesRabbit has enjoyed incredible progress, growth and improvement across every single aspect of the business. At times certain departments or projects have stalled or been faced with challenges, but that in itself is a characteristic that any progressing company passes through.
