Everyone is very personable and out going. Cool benefits like ski gold passes and catered lunch every Wednesday. Top in class product compared to competitors. Higher up leadership has an amazing vision and cares deeply for employees. Work life balance is good but at times can feel a little work heavy. SalesRabbit is going to take over the D2D space and it’s a fun place to work for the most part!
Cons
SDR Leadership uses a fear based tactic for their reps. Unfortunately reps opinions on certain process never get taken into account. Most reps feel as they have no voice in anything and won’t speak up as they are fearful of retaliation from leadership. You can feel very micromanaged at times and have many meetings that feel very unproductive. Diversity is non existent and they like to hire the same type of people. Pay is average compared to other tech companies in the valley.
