friendly coworkers, awesome manager, monthly free samples, sufficient training for those who have little to no experience with hair knowledge and other information regarding the beauty industry, easy to get promoted, and they do prefer to promote internally, there is always something to do; benefits for anyone who works 30+ hours
Cons
pressure at times to meet sales targets, and because of the area our store was located in, we often had sales slumps, which also was affected when they put another sally's beauty in this already small city; you spend a long time standing on your feet, if you do have a complaint or suggestion that needs to be dealt with upper management, it sometimes takes a long time to be taken seriously; issues with the canadian POS and printing systems in their new system, which sometimes causes frustration for us and the customers
