Working almost everyday of the week because you can't keep employees because the pay is low. Managers not getting a raise because the didn't make numbers. I been with this company almost 12 yrs and wasn't told by upper management about not getting a raise. Instead I was told by a fellow manager about the situation. I was told by upper management that they thought I already knew I wasn't getting a raise. What kind of company does this to a valuable employee. I have also managed 3 stores at once and they didn't take any of this into consideration.
