Pros
The company's products seem to get better and better. You get to sample full size products so you can sell them better. The employee discount along with ability to shop at cosmo prof and your sales incentives are awesome. The company has an empathetic customer service value, that keeps customers coming back. You have to be knowledgeable about all products before selling them.
Cons
They over work you. If you are part time you can expect to get no hours to as much as 40 hours or more per week, with no benefits or extra pay. Management is lazy, and so are the people with seniority. The product prices are always going up, and most of them aren't worth the extra money. People want to save money. Corporate pays more attention to the entry level work and blames more on them then management. Corporate is cheap, Sally has no scanners or debit card machines. All employees are responsible for any theft and there are not enough secure ways to prevent it.
