Pros
It pays well for entry level job with no experience ($10/hr). It can be fun if you are interested in hair, haircolor, and beauty products. As long as you get along with your coworkers, it's a great job for a female.
Cons
It is backbreaking to keep up with putting up stock, and it is constant. Moving things around all the time which seems trivial and unnecessary, and also impractical. Drama which comes along with all females working there can be a problem, especially when the assistant manager brings all her problems and negative attitude to work every single day. The manager and the assistant manager, whom I am speaking of, were really tight, so even when I expressed concerns to my manager, which was several times, I was the one who got pushed out of my job. The manager knew the problems with her attitude and so did everyone else working there. It was so upsetting.
