This company is barely hanging on and has been since before the pandemic. The downfall began about 4 years ago. They have wasted millions on technology that doesn’t work and much that isn’t even a necessity for a small specialty retailer. They brought in so called leaders from failing retailers , DMs that were fired from other companies and paid them more than those that were with the company for years. So now, they can see, that wasn’t the answer! The first mistake was forgetting about the professional hairdresser and barbers, then the change with the rewards program that is an absolute joke. New DMs are not trained properly so the tenured DMs take endless calls but are not recognized. The new execs wanted all tenured employees gone , and that’s what they have done. In December 2019, I resigned and have not a single regret! Be very mindful about applying for any position with this company, take a look at the reviews, they are a horrible company to work for. And the good reviews are due to HR requesting employees to post positive reviews because they are so bad!
